Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Cinta Belleza, we aim to deliver your order to you within 5 working days from the date of your order. The delivery time estimate depends on the availability of the items, schedules and routing, as well as traffic and weather conditions.

1. Normal Delivery

Delivery is performed from Monday - Friday 
You will receive SMS/CALL prior to delivery.

For delivery rate, it is based on the order items' quantity. For orders $150 & above, it is FREE for local delivery. 

2. Urgent Delivery

Urgent delivery is based on location. Items will be delivered within 2 working days. Orders must be made before 2 pm.

3. Missed Delivery 

There won't be a missed delivery from us even if you wont be able to received it personally. Our Courier personnel will put your order in a safe place like Shoe Rack / Riser. We will provide proof of delivery.  

5. No Delivery Zones

We apologize that we are not able to make deliveries to any Office address. Except for SmartPac postage.
